HOW I WORK
I offer psychotherapy for adults in English, German and Croatian, in person in Paris and online.
My work is based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, behaviours and life experiences. CBT aims to help people understand the patterns that may be maintaining psychological difficulties and develop more helpful ways of responding to them.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we explore the difficulties that bring you to therapy, identify relevant patterns and work towards meaningful and realistic changes. Depending on your needs, this may involve developing practical coping strategies, improving emotional awareness, addressing unhelpful beliefs, strengthening relationships or working through challenging experiences from the past.
My approach is structured but flexible. While CBT provides a clear framework, therapy is always adapted to the individual needs, goals and circumstances of each person.
